We offer several fields for employees of the company that hired our Platform (“Users”) to fill in. In practice, it is the Users or the company contracting the Platform (“Client”) who determine, according to their needs or guidelines, how personal data will be treated. This includes the choice of the data to be collected through the Platform and the purposes for which it will be used. Therefore, the amount and type of information that Clint can access depends on the use made by our clients of the Platform.
It should be noted that Clint, as the Operator, does not define the purposes of the processing of personal data on the Platform, as this responsibility lies with the Controller, that is, the Clint Customer.
In any case, the data collected will fall into certain categories, which we detail below, in order to maintain our commitment to transparency and clarity.
